Having a party soon and need to whip up some quick cocktails to please the masses while simultaneously impressing the pants off of them? Yeah, I know you do. Good thing you tuned in this week.
Welcome to another episode of the Balsamic Bartender. I'm your host, Logan. The summer is approaching quickly, and when you're having those back patio grill parties, you're going to want a cocktail to go with it.
And you're going to need a lot. That's why, this week, I'm going to show you how to make my Jalapeno Lime Margaritas. They'll serve about ten to twelve people, so there will be plenty to go around.
Grab your blender and pulse one thin slice of jalapeno, celery leaves, lime juice, Blood Orange Olive Oil, and Godmother Balsamic in a blender. Then, in a large pitcher, mix the blender contents with your tequila, triple sec, and Jalapeno Lime Balsamic. Finally, you'll rim your glasses in the Himalayan Pink salt and serve on the rocks.
With that little bit of spicy sweetness, this drink will please the masses and go with just about anything you can imagine someone pulling off a grill, from corn on the cob, to hotdogs, to burgers and back again.
That's all for this week, everyone. Let us know about what you usually do during your get togethers, and as always, if you want to see your favorite drink on the blog, hit me up in the comments below.
